Christmas & New Year at Percy Road

Pocklington RUFC has confirmed a busy Christmas and New Year programme at Percy Road.

On Saturday 26 December there is the traditional Boxing Day game between Pocklington and Old Pocklingtonians, where the sides will be battling it out for the Bottomley Trophy, given by the family of George Bottomley who was both a Pocklington School old boy and a founder member of Pocklington RUFC.
The game kicks off at 1.00 pm and always draws a big bank holiday crowd boosted by ex-pats who are home for Christmas. There is also an A team game on the back pitch where everyone who turns up will get a game, just come along with your kit and make yourself known.
Pocklingtons New Years Eve Ball is at Percy Road on Thursday 31 December, and there are a few places still available, contact Henry Mitchell on 07740171254.
