Pocklington 44 - 7 Bridlington

The Panthers set the record straight with a comprehensive win at home to Bridlington.
The Panthers convincingly beat Bridlington at home early in the season, but somehow Bridlington turned the tables in the return a few weeks later. But on Saturday there was only one side in it as the Panthers dominated from the start.
They attacked for most of the first quarter without being able to turn pressure into points, but once they opened their account the tries came at regular intervals.
Hooker Alex Brown was a key part of the Panthers' pack dominance, and impressive lock Steve Barton also got in on the scoring act with two well-deserved tries.
Incisive centre Martin Scott also crossed twice, as did skillful stand off Joe Holbrough, while scrum half Jonjo Sanderson also nipped in for his usual try, fullback Rich Morley bizarrely managed to score at both ends, and Holbrough added two conversions.
The Panthers were set to rub it in and put Bridlington to the sword in the closing minutes, but when the visitors suffered an injury the referee saved them further punishment by bringing the game to an early conclusion.
